Anggun Timoer Community Action Programmes

The Anggun Timoer Sanctuary supports a Non Governmental Community Action Foundation with aims to provide to the community a number of benefits through the organizations staff and business.

These include:

• A street food delivery programme providing food, drinks and medical care to the homeless and urban poor of Kuala Lumpur.
• The support of a 'soup kitchen' providing not only food to the homeless or destitute through volunteer delivery teams but also to provide for a permanent building in which hot food, places of rest, can be provided.
• To support awareness programmes through community action to eliminate the physical and mental abuse of women, children and those most vulnerable.
• To support the establishment of products that provide protection for children and young women from attack and kidnap or abduction.
• To support the establishment of an early alert system for the response to kidnap or abduction of the young or vulnerable.

Anggun Timoer provides a percentage of its profits from members for the support of the above provides volunteers from its own staff. The company donates time through its expert managemet to delivering awareness presentations to the community.
